Initial Assessment & Intake:
$160.00 for a 75 minute session. This session is an opportunity to review and discuss the client's needs, concerns and personal history, which is important for comprehensive care in addition to appropriate referrals within the community, if needed. Intake forms will be sent to you through a client portal once you schedule your appointment.
$125.00 for 55 minute session.
Please do not hesitate to talk to us about your financial situation to be considered for a sliding scale fee. We are willing to work with clients in order to meet your financial needs if needed.

We are also able to electronically submit for out-of-network benefits on your behalf, which means you can be reimbursed session fees per your plans coverage. There are many insurances within the community that are willing to do this. It is important that you talk to your insurance company about this option prior to attending to inquire what your reimbursement options might be.
Cash, Check, Credit and Debit Cards, and Health Savings Accounts are accepted.
Attendance is important in order for treatment to be successful. Clients are required to notify the therapist at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation to not accrue a fee on their account. If the client does not contact the therapist and misses the appointment, a $50.00 fee will be applied or the no-call, no-show fee of $100.00. Some exceptions may be considered for personal emergency, illness and weather-related cancellations.
